After I moved to New York, my workout habits changed drastically. After going to the gym 5 times a week, I never went when I moved here. Now it is about to change! I will try to work out 3-5 times a week, and be more conscious about what I eat. I have read a lot about «Superfood», and decided to give it a try. I ordered some Spirulina, Wheat grass and different organic teas, so I am excited to test it out and see if I notice any change. Any tips?
My ultimate goal is to feel better about myself, inside and out!
